Talvez seja porque minha filha nao me deixou dormir quase nada na noite anterior ou porque a idade fica sempre ressaltada nas fotos tipo 3x4. Só sei que pareço doente. Bom, mas pelo menos não dá pra notar a sobrancelha e o buço sem fazer.
Credo gente, essa vida nos States de chic não tem nada mesmo. Ou a pessoa gasta horrores pra pagar os Spas de beleza daqui (o que não é meu caso) ou vira um dragãozinho peludo, de unhas por fazer e cabelo desarrumado. Acho que é por isso que as mulheres daqui usam tanta maquiagem! Minha sorte é que já tenho marido e que ele é míope!
Mas meus dias de desmazelamento estão contado, Brasil aí vou eu! ADORO meu país! Lá a beleza não vale ouro! Por mais que eu viva muito bem aqui, sempre há MUITOS motivos pra voltar! Este é um deles!

Answering my friends (non Portuguese speakers) requests, I’ve decide to write few lines in English. I hope not to disappoint them with my words and my written English.
I’m so tired, life is tough! Today I had a passport picture taken to renew my visa and despite the fact that I was using makeup on, I still came out with a terrible face!
Maybe it’s because my daughter didn't let me sleep well in the previous night or because age is always emphasized in this type of pictures. I just know that I look bad in the pic. Well, at least we can’t notice my eyebrow and upper lip that need to be waxed.
OMG, my life in the US isn’t stylish at all. Here, if you don’t have a lot of money to spend with Beauty Spas (my case), you’ll probably turn into a hairy ugly thing: with nails to be done and a messy hair. Perhaps that’s why women here use a lot of makeup! Luckily I’m already married and my husband is short-sighted!
But my ugliness days are counted, because I’m going back to Brazil soon! I LOVE my country! No matter how good my life is here in Chicago, there are always MANY reasons to go back to my country! The facility to stay beautiful is just one of them!
